The health problems can make the summer fun expectations into a nightmare. Follow up the steps to be ready for the summer.

Nutrition and Diet
Try to pay attention while deciding what you are going to eat during the summer to avoid dry mouth, skin moisture loss, headaches, lassitude
- Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration.
- Try to select grilled foods instead of fried once.
- Try to select vegetables and

- Change out of wet clothes immediately.
- Wear cotton underwear.
- Go see a doctor if you feel that you have an infection.
- Remove your contact lenses while swimming or use swim goggles.
- Keep a collyrium nearby you to avoid the dry eye problems due to the sun heat and lights.
- Make sure to have a good
sun glass, not a plastic one, to protect your eyes from UVA&UVB rays.
- Do not stay directly under the sun without any protection, our sun is not innocent any longer. Skin diseases such as
sun spots, sun alergy and sun burnscan be really painfullas we all know.
- Try to wear light colored, breathable fabric.
